Park View Erbil is a prestigious residential development located on Airport Road, directly opposite Dream City and just a 2-minute drive from Erbil International Airport. Developed by Salahaddin Holding, the project consists of 12 buildings, each ranging between 17 and 18 floors. Most of the buildings are designed in a circular layout, except for one rectangular building known as Dream.
Apartment Types and Layouts
Park View offers a variety of apartment sizes and configurations to suit different needs and lifestyles:
Type 1 (A1, A2 – 310 m2): These buildings have 17 floors, with four apartments on each floor. Each apartment includes 6 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. The top floor features 4 duplex apartments of 609 m2, each consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace, and 2 balconies.
Type 2 (B1 to B6 – 246 m2): This category includes 6 buildings, each with 17 floors and four apartments per floor. Each unit offers 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 2 balconies. The top floor contains 4 duplex apartments of 438 m2, featuring 7 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, and 2 balconies.
Type 3 (C1 to C3 – 183 m2): These 3 buildings have 18 floors, with four apartments on each floor. Each apartment includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. These buildings do not include duplex apartments.
Type 4 (Dream – 135 m2 and 149 m2): This is the only rectangular building in the project, consisting of 18 floors with eight apartments per floor. The 135 m2 units are located at the corners. Each apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. No duplex apartments are available in this building.
