Jawharat Al-Moheet is a residential complex designed with a planning concept that harmonizes with the shape of the land and its surrounding environment. The project is laid out in a linear, strip-like form across the site, allowing all apartments within the buildings to enjoy scenic views, either overlooking palm groves or the river, as well as the surrounding streets, the city of Kadhimiya, and the holy shrine. The complex consists of six buildings, including five residential buildings, each with seven floors including a basement level, in addition to a four-story commercial, service, and entertainment building. The project enjoys a prime location in the holy city of Kadhimiya, at the beginning of Al-Moheet Street, directly behind the Kadhimiya traffic directorate near the northern gate of Baghdad. It extends along the bank of the Al-Khair River, forming a prominent façade visible to those coming from 60 Street. This strategic location provides easy access, allowing entry directly from the highway connected to northern Baghdad without passing through the main checkpoint, as well as an additional entrance from Al-Moheet Street at a distance of no more than 20 meters, making it a well-connected and conveniently accessible residential destination.
