Warranty Period: One Year
The warranty is renewed annually.
The warranty covers all electrical components of the device, such as the monitor and sensors, for a period of one (1) year.
The filters must be replaced every three months. If the filters are not replaced, the device will not be covered by the company’s warranty.
The device will not be covered by the warranty if it is repaired outside the company.
The device will not be covered by the warranty in case of damage or loss of the warranty card.
Moving the device from one location to another will be done free of charge for one year.
Notes:
Every three months, a visit will be made to the customer to replace the filters, and the cost is the customer’s responsibility, at only 15,000 IQD.
Once per year, the customer will be visited to replace the upper filters, at a cost of 30,000 IQD.
